Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst

Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance a production PeopleSoft environment while leading the integration of new modules into the enterprise system. This role combines functional-technical integration, application support, and PeopleSoft development, with exposure across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• * PeopleSoft Production Support
• * Human Resources, Benefits & Payroll
• * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft production environment, including:

• o* Human Resources

  o* Benefits

  o* Payroll

• * Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in coordination with functional and technical stakeholders
• * Research, test, and implement data corrections and processing fixes as required
• * Module Integration & Enhancements
• * Lead and support the integration of new PeopleSoft modules into the existing production environment, including:

• o* Time and Labor

  o* eProcurement

  o* Budget

  o* Financials

• * Ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and system performance across modules
• * Technical Development & Customization
• * Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations to meet evolving business requirements
• * Design, test, and deploy:

• o* PeopleCode

  o* Application Engine programs

  o* Component Interfaces

  o* SQRs

  o* Integration and reporting solutions

• * Upgrades, Patches & Maintenance
• * Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and fixes
• * Coordinate testing efforts and assist with implementation activities
• * Proactively identify potential processing issues and system risks
• * Database & Technical Support
• * Provide Oracle DBA support for the PeopleSoft application environment
• * Assist with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system stability

• Required Qualifications:

• * Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• * 3+ years of full-time experience as a PeopleSoft Integration and Support Analyst
• * Hands-on experience supporting production PeopleSoft environments
• * Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently
• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• * Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Preferred Experience:

• * Work assignments may require proficiency in one or more of the following:
• * PeopleTools
• * PeopleCode
• * Application Engine
• * Component Interface
• * SQR
• * XML / BI Publisher
• * JavaScript
• * jQuery

• Nice to Have:

• * Experience supporting multi-module PeopleSoft environments
• * Prior involvement in enterprise system integrations
• * Experience working in public sector, higher education, or large enterprise environments
