Senior Plant Facilities Reliability Technician

• Do you move seamlessly from fixing a leaky trap to pulling wire for an industrial machine?
• Can you restore lighting in minutes and leave office spaces “make-ready” with clean sheetrock and paint?
• Do you thrive independently while also backing up fellow maintenance techs?

What you’ll do

• Own routine facilities maintenance: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Diagnose and resolve minor plumbing issues
• Repair and replace lighting components and fixtures
• Patch drywall, texture, and paint to prepare office areas for occupancy
• Support installations, coordinate with contractors, and track parts and supplies
• Collaborate with and assist other maintenance technicians as needed

Credentials that set you up for success

• High school diploma or GED
• 4 years’ experience on a facilities maintenance team

Your toolkit

• Hands-on with sanders, a drill press, forklifts, and scissor lifts
• Experienced installing electrical feeds for industrial equipment and repairing existing plant electrical infrastructure
• Safety-focused, following industrial policies and procedures without compromise
• Clear, practical communicator; basic English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working solo and as part of a crew
• Proficiency in Electrical Installation and Electrical/Electronic Systems

Where and how you’ll work

• Temperature-controlled warehouse and manufacturing plant with occasional outdoor tasks in hot or cold weather
• Less than 5% travel to offsite locations across Greater Houston
• Physical activity: balance and agility on stairs; repetitive bending/reaching; standing/walking for most or all of a shift; regularly lifting 60+ lbs; manual tasks including typing and hand pressure
