About Jackman Law Firm
Jackman Law Firm is one of the fastest-growing law firms in the family law and immigration space, with offices currently in Houston and Seattle and plans to expand nationwide. We believe effective paid digital advertising is essential to reaching people in need of legal services, and we’re looking for a highly skilled PPC professional to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior PPC Strategist with extensive experience in paid search, digital media buying, and lead-generation campaign strategy. This role will be primarily responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing high-performing Google Ads campaigns, with additional responsibility for other paid advertising platforms as needed.
You will own PPC strategy from campaign development through optimization, tracking, reporting, and budget management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, understands how to generate qualified leads—not just clicks—and can make data-driven decisions to improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across key legal practice areas
- Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, remarketing, and other relevant paid campaign types
- Conduct keyword research and continuously optimize keywords, match types, search terms, and negative keyword lists
- Manage PPC budgets strategically to maximize qualified leads while controlling cost per lead and cost per acquisition
- Develop bidding strategies based on campaign performance and business objectives
- Build and manage first-party data lists, remarketing audiences, and custom audience strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, offers, and bidding strategies
- Monitor and improve landing-page conversion performance in coordination with the appropriate team members
- Set up, audit, and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, UTM parameters, and other attribution tools
- Ensure phone calls, form submissions, consultations, and other key lead actions are accurately tracked
- Analyze lead quality and campaign performance beyond surface-level metrics such as clicks and impressions
- Monitor key PPC metrics, including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, click-through rate, impression share, and return on ad spend
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality and profitability
- Monitor competitor advertising strategies and changes within the paid search landscape
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, automation, AI-driven advertising features, bidding strategies, and PPC best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC and Google Ads experience
- Strong experience managing lead-generation campaigns and significant advertising budgets
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads campaign structure, bidding, keyword strategy, audience targeting, and optimization
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution
- Experience analyzing lead quality and connecting PPC performance to actual consultations, clients, or revenue
- Experience in lead-generation industries such as legal, medical, home services, or other professional services
- Law firm PPC experience is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance issues and implement solutions
- Ability to clearly explain campaign performance, trends, and recommendations
- Self-starter who can independently manage PPC strategy while executing day-to-day campaign responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $65,000–$80,000
- Remote work opportunity
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan with employer contribution up to 5%
- Paid time off and holidays
- A collaborative, mission-driven team where you will have ownership of the firm’s paid advertising strategy
- Opportunities to grow within the firm
- Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development
