Senior Pricing Manager
Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation: $140,000 - $165,000 Base Salary + 20% Target Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead the continued development and maturation of a strategic pricing function within a large, complex organization. This highly visible role will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive pricing strategy, improve profitability, and establish the governance, controls, and processes needed to support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Pricing Manager
- Partner with Commercial Operations and Sales leadership to evaluate pricing opportunities, customer profitability, contract performance, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Establish and strengthen pricing governance, controls, approval workflows, and policy frameworks to create consistency and accountability across the organization.
- Develop pricing methodologies, standards, and best practices that improve pricing discipline and decision quality.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness within the pricing function.
- Support strategic customer pricing decisions, contract reviews, and commercial negotiations.
Qualifications for Senior Pricing Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, revenue management, sales operations, or related analytical functions.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
