Senior Private Client Relationship Manager

SUMMARY

Leveraging our comprehensive financial planning framework, you will guide prospective clients through all aspects of their financial lives to drive new business acquisition. You will be part of a collaborative team supported by a robust platform with access to specialized resources, expert professionals, and intellectual capital designed to help clients achieve their financial goals. In addition to new business development, you will oversee ongoing portfolio management, including the monitoring, management and expansion of a loan and depository portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring in new relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Generate business results and acquire new assets, both from new client acquisition and expansion of existing clientele
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
• Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
• Manage existing portfolio, including but not limited to loan and depository account maintenance and client check-ins.
• Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures
• Performs all other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ten plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen
• Strong community presence with an established network
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
• Focuses on the client experience
