Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, downtime, and manufacturing costs. Provide advanced technical support to production teams and resolve complex process and equipment issues. Drive process optimization efforts to improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and productivity. Manage engineering projects including equipment upgrades, capital improvements, and process development activities. Partner closely with Operations, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions. Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions. Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to quality concerns, customer issues, and process deviations. Support new product introductions by facilitating successful transfers from R&D into full-scale production. Collaborate with suppliers on material qualifications, performance improvements, and cost reduction opportunities. Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on new processes, procedures, and best practices. Champion environmental, safety, and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with 8+ years of Process Engineering experience in manufacturing. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and hands-on problem-solving abilities on the production floor. Proven experience driving process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, scrap reduction, and efficiency gains. Ability to work closely with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support production objectives. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of ISO-regulated manufacturing environments and process documentation best practices. Experience supporting new product introductions, R&D-to-manufacturing transfers, and employee training initiatives. Wire & cable manufacturing experience and CAD software proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) are preferred.
