Manufacturing Process Engineer

Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing processes.

Design and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new systems.

Manage full project lifecycles including planning, testing, validation, and implementation.

Drive OEE improvements through process control, training, and standardisation.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams on equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Analyse production data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Support and improve preventive maintenance strategies and execution.

Lead cost reduction programmes including automation and process optimisation.

Ensure effective change management, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.

Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

5+ years' experience in a process engineering or similar manufacturing role.

Strong technical expertise in pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC programming.

Proven project management experience delivering measurable results.

Experience with data systems, networked equipment, and vision/monitoring systems.

Knowledge of cGMP, QSR, and ISO 13485 environments is advantageous.

Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred).

Strong analytical skills, including statistical process control and data analysis.

Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
