Senior Process Mining Consultant

Locations: New York City (NY), Redwood City (CA), Raleigh (NC)

General Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Process Mining implementations
• Mandatory expertise in OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining)
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and process analytics
• Advanced SQL and relational database skills
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with process intelligence, automation, AI-enabled process optimization, and operationalization preferred
• Relevant Process Mining certifications highly desirable

Position 1: Senior Process Mining Consultant (Level 1)

Experience: 12+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Process Mining implementation teams across concurrent engagements
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with solution development
• Govern data engineering activities, custom integrations, and data pipelines
• Mentor teams, review deliverables, and manage risks and dependencies
• Drive adoption of advanced Process Mining capabilities, automation, and AI-based solutions

Position 2: Process Mining Consultant (Level 2)

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a data engineering team delivering Process Mining solutions
• Design and implement data extraction and transformation pipelines
• Develop and optimize data models and process analytics solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support operationalization, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives
