Job Summary
The Senior Procurement Analyst will manage the procurement of Construction Services for the Capital Projects portfolio. Manage the procurement process for Civil, Electrical and A/E purchase orders, contracts, renewals, continuing to re-source recurring contractual commitments and manage emergent work in support of operations.

Job Responsibilities
Duties may include being the procurement Subject Matter Expert for multiple business units or at the Enterprise level where such expertise is useful in leveraging procurement activities.
Work is primarily focused on planned and emergent work within a single business unit, although the ability to apply expertise across business units is desired
Specific duties include: Supplier identification and qualification; procurement sourcing; RFP preparation; bid evaluation; negotiation, materials and services contract development and administration; material and service planning; managing internal expert review protocols, preparing and issuing purchase orders

Job Specific Qualifications
BS/BA degree and 5 years of procurement, supply chain management experience
Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers to purchase materials and services
Experience integrating scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders
Valid driver license & ability to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word

Desired:
Experience with ERP systems - Ariba, SAP, CLM
Experience working in a teaming environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated client satisfaction history
