Position Specific Description

Our Operating Fleet Sourcing Department within the Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain Business Unit is seeking a Procurement Associate to join the team in Juno Beach, FL.

This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and ensures suppliers fulfill contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include supporting contract negotiations, prioritizing urgent Business Unit (BU) fleet requirements, coordinating with an extensive vendor network, and developing spot buy reduction contracts for assigned parts categories. A critical function of this position is independently managing the procurement backlog to support BU customers while holding vendors accountable for meeting committed lead times and quality standards. Additional duties include addressing BU vendor inquiries, resolving order discrepancies, and tracking order status. Operating under the direction of a Procurement Leader, this position includes continuous training throughout the first year and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in procurement and supply

Job Overview

This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and manages order fulfillment. Employees in this role would be expected to lead Requests For Proposal (RFPs), negotiations, and purchase document execution. Employees in this role will interact regularly with suppliers and address common supply chain issues. This role supports team initiatives and assists in data collection for stakeholders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Executes PR to PO processes and manages order fulfillment
  • Leads execution of RFPs and negotiations
  • Interacts with suppliers and handles routine supplier questions
  • Interacts with BU stakeholders around BU needs and specifications
  • Addresses common supply chain issues and discrepancies
  • Analyzes supplier performance on smaller scale purchases
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 2+ years

  • Bachelors Degree
