Key Responsibilities for the SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST:

• 
  
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders through the ERP system.
• 
  
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, shipments, pricing, and order status updates.
• 
  
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to prevent stock shortages.
• 
  
• Negotiate pricing and purchasing agreements with vendors.
• 
  
• Support sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and request-for-proposal (RFP) processes.
• 
  
• Analyze landed costs and compare supplier options to support purchasing decisions.
• 
  

Qualifications for the SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST:

• 
  
• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, buying, or supply chain experience.
• 
  
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders.
• 
  
• Vendor and supplier management experience.
• 
  
• Experience negotiating pricing and purchasing agreements.
• 
  
• Experience working within ERP systems.
• 
  
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:
