MDW Associates is seeking Senior Procurement Support Analysts to provide senior procurement and agreement-management support across the acquisition lifecycle in support of a complex Department of War organization. The analyst will develop and review documentation, manage workflows and repositories, track agreements and licenses, and provide reliable analytical support to program leaders.This role supports a federal organization responsible for personnel security, mission assurance, and protection of sensitive work environments. This position is remote eligible; periodic on-site support in Quantico, Virginia may be required based on mission needs.The Senior Procurement Support Analyst may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:Develop and revise procurement documentation, including market research reports, PWSs/SOWs, IGCEs, determinations and findings, business decision memoranda, and justifications and approvals.Support acquisition planning, cost and price analysis, solicitation development, contract administration, and lifecycle-management activities.Maintain contract repositories and agreement-tracking processes; track approvals, completion, expirations, milestones, and required actions.Support development, revision, routing, and quality review of service and support agreements, including MOUs, MOAs, IAAs, SLAs, and related documentation.Track software and hardware procurements and license expirations; prepare timely reports, briefings, and recommendations.Analyze acquisition policies, directives, and proposed changes; assess potential program impact and support government decision-making.Required Experience/Skills:Experience with market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, procurement analysis, or agreement management.Working knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, federal acquisition policy, and procurement documentation standards.Strong analytical, documentation, quality-control, and stakeholder-management skills.This position requires U.S. citizenship in accordance with applicable government contract requirements.Preferred Experience/Skills:Experience with assisted acquisitions, interagency agreements, or software and hardware licensing.DAWIA, FAC-C, CPCM, PMP, or related certification.Education Requirement(s):Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement support.Security Requirement(s):Candidates for this position must have an Active US Security Clearance (Secret).Company DescriptionIncorporated in 2012, MDW is a small business headquartered in McLean, VA with offices in Huntsville, AL.
