We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves turning complex problems into intuitive experiences. You'll own design end to end, from discovery through delivery. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and customers, and use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
What You'll Do
* Lead design for key product areas, from early research and problem framing through high-fidelity design and launch.
* Turn user research, data, and stakeholder input into clear design requirements and product direction.
* Find opportunities to improve the product and push for them, balancing customer needs with business goals.
* Work closely with engineers throughout the build to keep quality high and find better solutions.
* Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, invite feedback, and work together to reach the best outcome.
* Contribute to and help evolve our design system so the product stays consistent.
* Mentor other designers and help raise the bar for design practice and critique.
* Keep improving shipped experiences based on feedback, usage data, and changing customer needs.
* Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques, and recommend ones that improve how the team works.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of product design experience, ideally on complex B2B or SaaS products.
* A strong portfolio showing end-to-end process, sound design reasoning, and measurable results.
* Skill across the full design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction and visual design, and usability testing.
* Expert skills in Figma and comfort with prototyping tools.
* Experience using, creating, and maintaining design systems, including components, patterns, and documentation.
* Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
* Hands-on experience using AI tools in your design workflow, such as for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, or content, plus good judgment about where AI adds value.
* Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
* Excellent attention to detail and craft.
* Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with many kinds of stakeholders.
* Creative problem-solving skills and a habit of questioning the status quo.
* Experience leading projects with some ambiguity and little supervision.
