What You Will Do
Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for a variety of digital products.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design concepts.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions and improve overall product usability.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, and understanding their application in product design.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in a startup environment.
Experience in designing for B2B and eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design practices.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from $150K to $210K, complemented by competitive equity options. This company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
