  • Conduct client and business interviews to identify needs, gather requirements, and inform product priorities and enhancements.
  • Present product capabilities, enhancements, and strategic direction to internal and external clients in support of product, sales, service, and development activities.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to balance client demand, business priorities, technical limitations, development capacity, and time to market.
  • Support internal clients and end users by addressing product questions, clarifying functionality, and escalating complex issues when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting software, analytics, or data-driven products.

  • Experience performing product, data, or impact analysis and communicating findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience planning releases and supporting products throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
  • Experience gathering requirements through client interviews, discovery sessions, or other structured methods.
