CSI Recruiting is working with a growing, privately -held E&P company based in Dallas on their need for an experienced Senior Production Engineer.  We know this company well, having staffed for them throughout the past 15 years as technical and leadership needs have arisen.  <\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

Our client has recently completed the acquisition of gas wells and gas plant in West Texas, assets that complement prior acquisitions of other gas wells within the region.  <\/span>
<\/p>


<\/div>
Due to the firm's operated ownership of these additional wells, the company is seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer to work with their current staff of engineers and field leadership personnel. <\/span>
<\/div>


<\/p>

The ideal candidate will have:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Experience working within an active E&P firm focused on the development and optimization of conventional and unconventional gas wells.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Field Experience designing and performing production enhancement programs including Completions/Re -Completions/Production/Artificial Lifts deployment<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience collaborating in a small team environment and regularly communicating with field personnel.  Travel to the field as needed, of course.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with compressor optimization<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with pipeline de -bottlenecking<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    Ideally candidates will have experience working as an in -house petroleum engineer within a variety of environments.  Any background working at a smaller firm, handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and adaptable environement would be preferred.
