Senior Program Manager

You will manage dependencies, surface risks early, and help stakeholders make informed tradeoffs. The role is designed for an experienced program leader who can create clarity when priorities compete and keep delivery focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, success measures, governance, and delivery plans with sponsors.
• Coordinate related projects, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs across teams.
• Maintain clear risk, issue, decision, and change-control records.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and present concise updates on progress and tradeoffs.
• Resolve delivery obstacles and escalate decisions with practical recommendations.
• Track program performance, resource use, and benefits against agreed goals.
• Support change adoption through communication, readiness planning, and handoffs.
• Improve program-management practices and coach project owners on execution.

Requirements

• Substantial experience leading complex programs involving multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, governance, and changing priorities.
• Comfort using project-management tools, reporting dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and lead effectively in a remote environment.
