About the job
A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. Its your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Google Merchant Organization empowers businesses to seamlessly connect their products with high-intent buyers across Googles massive shopping ecosystem. By providing a centralized platform to manage accurate product information including pricing, images, and attributes we ensure merchants offerings are highly visible across the Shopping tab, Search, YouTube, Google Lens, and emerging conversational AI interfaces. This deep integration extends to Google Ads and Local Search, allowing partners to optimize omnichannel campaigns and drive both digital and physical storefront traffic.
Ultimately, our mission is to build a reliable bridge between global supply and user demand while maintaining the highest standards of platform integrity. By enforcing strict safety policies and prioritizing product truth, we guarantee a secure, trusted, and frictionless experience for consumers while unlocking unprecedented scale for our merchant partners.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
