Overview
Microsoft Devices Operations (MDO), part of Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) in Redmond, WA, is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead engineering portfolio planning, investment management, intake, and delivery coordination.
Sitting in MDO, this role is the bridge between engineering demand and delivery, channeling demand from inside MDO and from partner teams into Microsofts Cloud Supply Chain organization and MDO engineering, so capacity is directed toward the highest-impact business and digital transformation outcomes. You will shape investment direction, align resources, guide prioritization, surface cross-team risks, and drive follow-through across business and engineering teams.

Bachelors Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
OR Masters Degree AND 6+ years experience.
OR equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Experience owning a product or capability end to end: definition, requirements, delivery, and go-to-market.
Data fluency: ability to work directly with product and operational data to inform decisions and prototype solutions.
Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technically viable product requirements.
Experience driving engineering delivery through architects, feature teams, and TPMs.
Track record of customer engagement, go-to-market execution, and measurable adoption or business impact.
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, devices, or operational decision systems.

Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
