Ability to interact and orchestrate decisions and activities among executive leaders, and influence alignment, actions, and outcomes
Experience with organizational transformation and operating model implementation and working with HR, Finance and C-suite leaders across technology organizations
Experience with organizational change management leadership
Financial acumen, with ability to understand complex financial models and how those models evolve along with a transformation
Adept in defining KPIs and tracking the realization of value from outcome delivery
Enterprise program management experience, should also be ready to manage multiple, dependent workstreams and tactical project planning
