Description
- Ability to interact and orchestrate decisions and activities among executive leaders, and influence alignment, actions, and outcomes
- Experience with organizational transformation and operating model implementation and working with HR, Finance and C-suite leaders across technology organizations
- Experience with organizational change management leadership
- Financial acumen, with ability to understand complex financial models and how those models evolve along with a transformation
- Adept in defining KPIs and tracking the realization of value from outcome delivery
- Enterprise program management experience, should also be ready to manage multiple, dependent workstreams and tactical project planning
