Role Description: The Senior Program Manager, Tunnel Construction assists in managing the geotechnical/civil engineering tunnel construction phase of the Authority's multi-billion-dollar 25-year Combined Sewer Overflow Long-Term Control Plan (CSO LTCP), which includes federally enforceable consent decree-driven milestones. The incumbent is expected to carry out assignments independently, to include interpreting policies and regulations and coordinating work with others. Methodology and approaches to solving problems are regularly determined by the incumbent.
