    Description

    Clear Ridge Defense is seeking a technical professional with a Secret (minimum) or TS/SCI (preferred) clearance to serve as our Senior Program Manager.

    Location: Washington, DC

    Travel: 10-15% CONUS

    Roles and Responsibilities

    You will...

    • Oversee all aspects of contract execution, ensuring mission success while managing cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
    • Lead the successful execution of large-scale, enterprise Zero Trust initiatives.
    • Translate strategic Zero Trust objectives into measurable operational outcomes.
    • Identify any risks and issues, track them, and propose effective mitigations for resolution.
    • Work closely with company recruiting and subcontractor leadership to identify qualified backfills and support hiring efforts.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact with government customers and contracting officers.
    • Provide clear and concise presentations to senior government and corporate leadership.
    • Drive operational excellence and process improvement within contract management.

     

    Must-Haves

    You possess...

    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • BS in a Technical or Managerial Discipline.
    • The ability to travel CONUS.
    • 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
    • A Secret clearance or higher (TS/SCI preferred).
    • An ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace with unique TTPs.
    • Strong background in defense contracting and program execution.
    • Strong leadership and team management experience in military operations and/or government contracting.

    Nice-To-Haves

    • Familiarity with Zero Trust domains and concepts.
    • Technical degree.
    • IC experience.
