Senior Program Manager - IT Divestiture
Location: Hybrid (US-based; Houston or DC preferred)
Engagement: Contract through 2027
Work Model: Global, flexible hours (US / UK / Australia)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the entire IT workstream for a large‑scale global divestiture, separating into two independent companies. This role has full ownership of IT program execution, including standing up a new IT organization, managing multiple project managers and workstreams, and ensuring safe, disciplined delivery across all technology domains.
This individual serves as the single point of accountability for IT program operations throughout the divestiture lifecycle and works closely with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver a successful separation.
