Senior Program/Project Manager

iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to Join our Team!

• This is a Contract, Hybrid Role in the San Francisco, CA Area!*

Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

We are seeking a seasoned project/program leader to drive operational, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives. The role focuses on improving scalability, efficiency, execution, and business processes, including process redesign, operating-model improvements, system implementations, and system upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of operational and transformation programs.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Track progress and provide concise status reporting to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, decision forums, and executive readouts.
• Assess current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes.
• Design and document future-state processes and operating models.
• Lead process redesign and workflow optimization.
• Support new system implementations and system upgrades.
• Drive organizational change, adoption, training, communications, and enablement.
• Measure post-implementation effectiveness and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Seven+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading operational, transformation, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, B2B, or B2C environments.
• Experience supporting Marketing Operations, Product Operations, Sales, or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Advanced skills with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart, and Dashboard and report development for executive-ready presentations and materials.

Pay rate: $120,000 to $140,000/year.
