Interact with the CO, COR, and GTMs daily or weekly, as required, to ensure performance across all contract tasks. Partner with Business Development and Contracts to document opportunities and validate funded results through executed contract actions and Finance records.
  • Support New Business Growth Strategy: Provide substantive support to assigned captures, recompetes, proposals, customer shaping, and adjacent opportunities. Contribute management approaches, staffing and transition plans, solution artifacts, past-performance inputs, subject matter expertise, and oral presentation preparation; maintain evidence of completed contributions.
  • Workforce Leadership and Conduct: Oversee recruiting, selection, orientation, development, counseling, discipline, and support of contract employees. Plan, establish, and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures; and ensure required professional development training. Review, assess, manage, and correct conduct that could reflect poorly on the Department of State or OBXtek.
