Job Summary:
  • Serve as the in-house programmatic expert on the Global Digital Marketing team.
  • Shape strategy and execution for display, video, native, and audio campaigns to meet brand awareness and demand generation goals.
  • Partner with Media Planners and Regional Marketers to align programmatic tactics with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute global programmatic campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Build and optimize targeting, placements, partners, bids, budgets, and creatives to improve performance.
  • Monitor performance and pacing, sharing insights to guide roadmap and adjustments.
  • Activate advanced capabilities including first-party data onboarding, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
  • Coordinate with media agencies to ensure seamless execution, account hygiene, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Analyze results continuously and recommend refinements to targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage tagging, trafficking, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate tracking and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Web, Marketing Operations, and Analytics teams to enhance measurement, attribution, and user experience.
  • Use Moat, Integral Ad Science, and DoubleVerify to uphold brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention.
  • Partner with ad platforms and exchanges to test new features and beta opportunities.
  • Maintain best practices and support operational excellence for programmatic channels.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on programmatic media experience, with agency management experience a plus.
  • Strong expertise in The Trade Desk, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Experience onboarding and scaling a DSP and ad server.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand media strongly preferred.
  • Content syndication media management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
