We are seeking a passionate Architect to join a collaborative, diverse team focused on innovative design.
Responsibilities include leading construction document development, coordinating with consultants, managing project schedules, and ensuring code compliance.
Additional duties involve producing and reviewing drawings, managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, as well as maintaining project files and supporting permitting.
Typical tasks include translating design concepts into technical drawings, reviewing submittals, participating in client meetings and site visits, and assisting the project manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years of Revit experience, working toward licensure, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of building codes and design principles.
