- In this role, the individual reviews requests to add and modify supplier profiles in the vendor master while ensuring team metrics are consistently met or exceeded.

- Supplier Onboarding & Maintenance: Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Compliance & Research: Perform required compliance vetting (e.g., tax, sanction, and risk checks) and conduct payables or vendor-related research.
- Supplier Enablement: Provide high-touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, specifically Coupa.
- Process Innovation: Act as a change agent by challenging the status quo, disrupting inefficient processes, and leading process improvement initiatives within the Ops value stream.
- Problem Solving: Identify innovative solutions to resolve complex system and operational challenges across multiple platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional leadership to inform and influence positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- 1+ years Customer Service Experience
- 1+ years of experience with Google Suite
- 1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Ops
- 1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building positive vendor relationships
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
