GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a fast-growing California general contractor with a Bay Area portfolio spanning corporate, healthcare, education and housing. The company is adding a Senior Project Engineer - Commercial Construction to its team in San Jose, CA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Solid general contractor project engineering background on Bay Area commercial work.

Responsibilities

• Support large commercial projects across the Bay Area
• Manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation
• Support field and office teams with coordination and quality control
• Develop skills on a clear path toward project management

Requirements

• Solid general contractor project engineering background on Bay Area commercial work.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
