What you will do:

• Provide engineering and business support onsite for commercial construction projects

• Provide technical engineering information ensuring work meets design and quality standards

• Manage and submit RFIs, O&M manuals and project documents

• Schedule equipment and materials and coordinate with vendors

• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules

What we are looking for:

• Applicable project engineering/project management experience or internship with a commercial mechanical or building construction contractor 

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering Management (or similar) 

• Strong analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills 

• Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Excel 

• Business acumen including planning, accounting, forecasting and resource allocation 

• Ability to work with owners, GCs, subcontractors, engineers and others 

• Client management skills 

• Production management skills 

• Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings and specifications preferred
