Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager oversees the overall project direction of large complex andor multiple projects that have Project Management Teams. They will be instrumental in the assembly of these teams. The Senior Project Manager is responsible to plan and oversee the project to ensure a timely and cost effective outcome. This includes budgeting organization implementation and scheduling of the project. They will oversee a smooth transition from the estimatepre-construction phase to construction including design management if applicable in order to protect the bid position. They are responsible for ensuring the projectarea is constructed in a safe ethical manner and in compliance with all federal state and local laws.
