    Description

Senior Project Manager – Architecture | Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a globally established design firm delivering programmatic mission-critical, data center, and advanced technology facilities for long-term clients. The practice is known for managing highly complex work at scale, supported by strong processes, technical depth, and a culture that values clarity, accountability, and thoughtful execution.

This role is well suited for a Senior Project Manager who brings confidence, structure, and perspective to complex environments and enjoys leading both people and programs, not just projects.

    What You’ll Do

Serve as a senior client partner across multiple concurrent mission-critical projects, building trusted relationships through consistent delivery

Provide leadership across project phases, ensuring continuity, coordination, and accountability as work progresses

Lead and mentor project managers and cross-disciplinary teams, setting expectations for quality, communication, and performance

Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and delivery standards to support both project success and long-term client programs

Partner with technical and design leadership to reinforce best practices in documentation, sustainability, and process improvement

Contribute to the evolution of project delivery standards and team development within the practice

    What We’re Looking For

Accredited degree in Architecture; licensure preferred

15+ years of experience leading large, complex architectural projects

Demonstrated success managing multi-project programs and senior client relationships

Strong understanding of construction, building systems, and QA/QC processes

Collaborative leader and mentor who leads with clarity, accountability, and trust

Experience with data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical project types strongly preferred

    Compensation & Flexibility

Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives

    Comprehensive benefits package

Support for professional development and continuing education

Hybrid flexibility within a culture built on trust, accountability, and collaboration

    Why This Role

This opportunity is for senior project leaders who want to work on mission-critical programs where scale, rigor, and long-term client relationships matter, and where leadership extends beyond delivery into mentorship, standards, and lasting impact.
