Senior Project Manager (Retail)
The Senior Project Manager (Retail) will lead the execution of large-scale ground-up retail and grocery construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Job Description
Manage ground-up retail and grocery construction projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance. Lead contract administration, procurement strategies, and subcontractor management. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and field operations teams. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved. Mentor Project Managers and support the development of internal talent. Maintain strong communication with executive leadership regarding project status and performance.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong background in big-box retail, grocery, or similar high-volume commercial sectors. Demonstrated success delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout. Stable career history with established commercial general contractors. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to lead multiple stakeholders while driving schedule and operational performance. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
