• Lead multiple life science, healthcare, and technical commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contract administration, risk mitigation, and client relationships
• Partner directly with a Project Executive to ensure successful project execution and delivery
• Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consulting partners
• Coordinate complex MEP-intensive scopes common within laboratory, healthcare, and mission-critical environments
• Drive project planning, procurement, change management, and reporting processes
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Support business growth by fostering repeat client relationships and maintaining a high standard of project delivery

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, ideally at the Senior Project Manager level
• Experience managing commercial construction projects in the life science sector preferred
• Candidates with healthcare, laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other highly technical MEP-focused project experience will also be considered
• Proven ability to lead large-scale interior renovation and fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and clients
• Proficiency with Procore
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Base salary of $160,000 - $185,000 depending on experience
