Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Lead project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
- Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, change orders, and performance
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, schedule issues, and potential cost impacts
- Monitor project financial performance and provide regular reporting and forecasting
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive quality, safety, schedule adherence, and successful project closeout

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
- Strong subcontractor and vendor management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client, architect, and consultant relationships
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, contracts, plans, and specifications
- Proficiency with construction project management software such as Procore
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
