Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager is a central leadership position, reporting into senior regional leadership and overseeing multiple project teams.Lead delivery of multiple high-end commercial interior projects from preconstruction through close-out.Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, financial performance, and quality outcomes.Partner with estimating and marketing teams on proposals, bids, and pre-qualifications.Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business.Oversee contract execution, change management, and resolution of complex project issues.Ensure timely project close-out and consistent financial reporting across all teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
