Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager is a central leadership position, reporting into senior regional leadership and overseeing multiple project teams.Lead delivery of multiple high-end commercial interior projects from preconstruction through close-out.Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, financial performance, and quality outcomes.Partner with estimating and marketing teams on proposals, bids, and pre-qualifications.Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business.Oversee contract execution, change management, and resolution of complex project issues.Ensure timely project close-out and consistent financial reporting across all teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.10-12+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.Proven background in high-end office interiors; secure or classified project experience is strongly preferred (SCIF).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and complex project portfolios simultaneously.Strong financial acumen, contract management skills, and client-facing communication.Experience mentoring and developing project staff within a collaborative environment.What's on offer:Base salary range of $130,000 - $150,000.Performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package.Clear path to continued leadership growth within a nationally respected contractor.Exposure to marquee interior projects and long-term client relationships.
