    Job Description

The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: Our project-based roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in the field and want to see the direct impact of their work. You'll be assigned full-time to active project sites across our portfolio, working closely with experienced project teams and industry-leading clients. To support a sustainable travel lifestyle, team members return home every three weeks for a long weekend, providing regular opportunities to rest, recharge, and spend quality time at home before returning to the jobsite.

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

As a Senior Project Manager, Commercial & Contracts Management, you'll play a pivotal role in helping deliver some of the most complex and high-profile construction projects in our portfolio. Serving as a trusted commercial leader, you'll partner with project executives, operations teams, legal, procurement, estimating, finance, and field leadership to shape sourcing strategies, negotiate critical agreements, and drive commercial success from project pursuit through closeout. You'll lead the development of trade packages, evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier proposals, and build strong partnerships that support project goals while safeguarding Boldt's interests. This is an opportunity to influence key business decisions, navigate complex commercial challenges, and leave a lasting impact on projects that shape communities and industries.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of commercial strategy, helping project teams identify and mitigate risk, manage contractual obligations, and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, performance, and change management. You'll provide leadership on contract administration, commercial forecasting, claims avoidance and resolution, and financial performance while collaborating with teams to improve project outcomes and profitability. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management, but equally important is the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and create alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. If you're energized by solving complex challenges, influencing project strategy, and driving successful outcomes on large-scale construction projects, we'd love to have you on our team.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
