The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards. Track project performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates. Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Project Management (preferably with Construction Industry or PMC background). Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience with Zoho Projects project management tool. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
