Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

A general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Senior Project Manager for data center construction. Mission-critical experience is highly valued as the region continues to see strong demand for these facilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead large, complex data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and long-lead equipment
• Coordinate closely with owners, design teams, and MEP trade partners
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, engineers, and project teams
• Manage risk, contracts, and change orders on fast-paced jobs
• Keep clients updated with clear, confident reporting

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience in commercial construction
• Hands-on experience delivering data center or mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and fast-track schedules
• Proven leadership of project teams
• Excellent communication with demanding clients
