Senior Project Manager- Developer/General Contractor

• Lead and manage ground-up residential and multi-family construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee procurement and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and project success.
