Deliver premier interiors and life sciences projects in Boston!

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of corporate interior, commercial, and life sciences construction projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure project success. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners throughout all phases of construction. Oversee project quality, safety, documentation, and risk management activities. Drive communication between stakeholders and maintain a proactive, client-focused approach. Manage projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M in value. Collaborate with leadership and field teams to identify innovative solutions and deliver exceptional project outcomes. Support the company's commitment to service, quality craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships. Must-Have Requirements: Experience managing or supervising commercial interior construction projects. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and construction operations. Proven ability to lead project teams and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Experience delivering projects in active urban environments. Ability to work within the Greater Boston market. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-end corporate interior projects. Exposure to laboratory or life sciences construction projects. Experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $20M. Background with tenant fit-outs and complex renovation projects.
