Senior Project Manager - DSA Education Construction

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Take ownership of project budget, schedule, contracts and overall execution.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout and contract administration.
• Oversee project financials, cost reporting, forecasting and change management.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and trade partners.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budget.
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain project schedule and quality.
• Build and maintain strong owner and subcontractor relationships.
• Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant PMs and Project Managers.
• Contribute to preconstruction, estimating and business development efforts when needed.

• 10-15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven track record managing complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and risk management.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong client and subcontractor relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Experience with ground-up and/or complex renovation construction preferred.
• Well-rounded commercial construction background strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred but not required.
