Our client is a well-established, Wisconsin-based union general contractor with approximately $100 million in annual construction volume and a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial construction projects throughout the state. The company is headquartered in southeastern Wisconsin with additional offices in northern Wisconsin and specializes in large-scale construction, with typical projects ranging from $10 million to $30 million. While the company has a strong presence in municipal and education construction, its portfolio also includes commercial and multifamily projects. With self-performance capabilities in concrete, masonry, carpentry, and demolition, the company maintains significant control over project execution and quality. The organization offers the resources and stability of an established contractor while maintaining a professional, collaborative, and relatively laid-back culture where Project Managers are given meaningful autonomy and a strong voice in project decisions.

  • $120,000-$150,000 base salary, with flexibility to go higher for exceptional experience and performance.
  • Car allowance available as needed.
  • Opportunity to join a stable and established contractor with approximately $100M in annual construction volume.
  • Strong project backlog and positive outlook extending through 2026 and into 2027.
  • Opportunity to lead large-scale $10M-$30M projects with significant autonomy and ownership.
  • Primarily local work within approximately a 90-minute radius of the company's headquarters.
  • Professional yet laid-back culture with experienced industry leadership.
  • Greater opportunity to have a voice and influence project decisions than at many larger competing contractors.
  • Union contractor with robust self-performance capabilities across multiple trades.
  • Diverse project portfolio spanning municipal, education, commercial, and multifamily construction.
  • Collaborative project teams with support from Project Engineers/APMs, Superintendents, Foremen, Project Coordinators, and accounting personnel.
  • Long-term opportunity with a company that values its people, relationships, and reputation within the Wisconsin construction market.
