Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Micone Executive Recruiting is searching for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects and high-performing teams.

We're looking for a proven leader who understands the business side of construction just as well as project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale electrical construction projects

• Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and financial performance

• Oversee forecasting, contracts, change orders, procurement, and invoicing

• Partner with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Drive profitability, safety, quality, and schedule performance

• Mentor and develop project teams

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience

• Experience leading multiple large or complex projects

• Proven success managing profitable project portfolios

• Commercial, mission-critical, data center, or major-project experience preferred

• Strong leadership, financial, and client-management skills

• Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
