Senior Project Manager / Estimator - Civil Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing civil construction team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience estimating and managing civil/site development projects, including mass grading, excavation, underground utilities, and related heavy civil construction work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bid proposals
• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall performance
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Assist with business development and client relationships

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil construction estimating and project management
• Strong background in site development, mass grading, excavation, and underground utilities
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
• Experience with bidding software and project management tools preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
