    Description

    Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

    Location: On-site in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with ownership, project teams, subcontractors, and clients across the Southeastern Wisconsin market.

    Note: Candidates must have strong commercial construction project management experience, estimating/pre-construction experience, and the ability to take ownership of projects and day-to-day operational responsibilities.

    Job Description

    • Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
    • Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, schedules, scopes, and project documentation
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, inspectors, and client stakeholders
    • Oversee project execution to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
    • Review plans, identify project challenges early, and drive practical solutions
    • Manage communication between ownership, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
    • Support operational improvements, project workflows, and company growth initiatives
    • Help build structure, accountability, and consistency across day-to-day project operations
    • Contribute as a senior leader with the potential to grow into a broader operational or ownership role

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
    • Strong estimating and pre-construction experience required
    • Experience managing commercial, industrial, retail, office, or community building projects
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations
    • Strong knowledge of construction schedules, scopes, drawings, change orders, and job costing
    • Proven leadership skills with a proactive, take-charge approach
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with construction project management software preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required with strong experience
