Senior Project Manager - Gaming

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Leader to collaborate with our Director of Information Technology. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring your expertise in the gaming vertical to lead and manage multiple IT projects, driving the execution of innovative solutions that directly support strategic business priorities. Your work will be crucial in ensuring smooth coordination, integration, and delivery across diverse teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the successful execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee key project aspects, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, goal setting, scope, schedules, and budgets. You’ll manage budgets, provide status updates, and offer alternative solutions as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Take ownership of high-level, complex projects that require multi-functional integration and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Manage project financials and contribute to the IT budgeting process for the year.
• Facilitate key discussions, negotiations, and decision-making processes across functions and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Serve as a consultant to IT and project managers, ensuring best practices and efficient project management processes are shared and implemented across teams.
• Lead efforts for continuous improvement in project management processes, offering training to elevate team capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). PMP Certification is a plus.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience managing IT projects, with a track record of success in large-scale, complex projects. Experience working across multiple locations, including international properties, is highly valued.
• Skills: Expertise in managing projects from start to finish, familiarity with various project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile), and proficiency in adapting approaches to meet specific project goals.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, policies, and procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint).
• Willingness to travel to regional or international properties as needed.
• Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and achieve goals in cross-functional projects.
• Experience in defining project scope, developing detailed plans, and gathering critical requirements across engineering, operations, and business units.
