Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionLead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasting, and reporting. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Lead OAC and internal project meetings. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications. Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain schedule and quality. Proven experience delivering $75M-$100M+ multifamily projects. Strong background in ground-up garden-style construction. Experience running projects full-cycle, not just portions.
