About The Role
The Senior Project Manager in Global Manufacturing & Operations is a pivotal role, driving strategic initiatives across diverse functions and geographies. This position ensures alignment between operational outcomes and enterprise strategy, contributing significantly to our growth and transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale strategic initiatives critical to growth and transformation.
- Translate priorities into actionable plans with clear scope and success metrics.
- Manage program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
- Facilitate decision-making with data-driven insights and clear recommendations.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple functions and regions, ensuring consistent execution.
- Drive operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with executive sponsors and global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- PMP certification required (active and in good standing).
- 8 years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects or programs.
- Experience in global or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong project management discipline and operational rigor.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Copilot, and project management tools.
