Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing $20M+ construction projects and leading project teams from preconstruction through completion.

This role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, meeting client expectations, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project teams throughout the entire construction lifecycle.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall delivery.
• \n
• Ensure projects meet client expectations and company quality standards.
• \n
• Provide leadership and direction to project management and field teams.
• \n
• Oversee construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and project financials.
• \n
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• \n
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges.
• \n
• Monitor project performance and ensure financial goals are achieved.

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• \n
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• \n
• Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects.
• \n
• Previous experience managing a $20M+ construction project.
• \n
• Strong knowledge of: Construction cost management, Scheduling, Estimating, Purchasing
• \n
• Engineering principles and practices
• \n
• Construction accounting and financial management
• \n
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and client-management skills.
